This paper analyzes the differences between the management mode of World Bank loan project on the ccondition of Fi Di C contract and the common domestic project management mode, in order to offer reference for the domestic consulting enterprises or the contractors on how to participate in the competition, avoid the risks and improve cognition on the condition of Fi Di C contract when they are facing the international and domestic markets.
