市政工程是城市建设的重要组成部分,它对于提高人们的生活质量,促进城市经济发展具有重要意义。工程造价作为市政工程项目建设的重要组成部分,对项目决策、建设和收益都有至关重要的作用。然而,当前我国市政工程造价中仍然存在一些问题,必须采取有效措施对工程造价进行控制与管理,才能切实提高市政工程造价水平,促进市政工程建设的良好发展。论文分析了目前我国市政工程造价现状,提出了进一步加强造价控制与管理的方式,以期使市政工程造价得到进一步的完善和优化,推动市政工程的健康持续发展。

The municipal engineering is an important part of urban construction, which is of great significance to improve people's life quality and promote the city's economic development. As an important part of municipal engineering construction, engineering cost plays a vital role in decision-making,construction and benefits. However, there are still some problems in municipal engineering cost in our country at present.Effective measures must be taken to control and manage the engineering cost. Only in that way can the level of municipal engineering cost be improved, and the healthy development of municipal engineering construction be promoted. This paper analyzes the present situation of the municipal engineering cost in our country and puts forward the mode to further strengthen cost control and management, in order to perfect and optimize municipal engineering cost and promote the sustainable and healthy development of municipal engineering.
