摘要
根据变频器的原理作用及日常维护管理中的经验教训,论述化工企业中变频器的选用,提出合理使用变频器的观点。根据对变频器运行常见问题的分析,以散热问题为重点,指出变频器选用及维护管理中存在的风险及应对措施。
In this paper, according to the principle of the frequency inverter and the experience of daily maintenance, discussing the choice of the frequency converter in the chemical industry, put forward a rational point of using the inverter. According to the analysis of the common problems of frequency converter in operation, focus on the heat dissipation problem, this paper point out the risk of selection of frequency converter and maintenance management and its countermeasures.
