Researches on Railway Siding Planning in Hebei Province

在京津冀协同发展国家战略指导下,通过对河北省及各地市空间发展战略布局、工业产业布局规划、交通的宏观规划、土地利用发展规划以及其他相关城市规划等影响因素梳理分析,并充分考虑区域内铁路专用线的运营现状,研究专用线建设的必要性和经济性,并提出合理的建设时机。

The coordinated development of national strategic guidance in JING-JIN-JI, this paper analyses these factors,such as, the city space development strategy layout in Hebei, Industrial layout planning, Traffic macroscopic planning, The development of land use planning and the other related urban planning,then fully consider the operational status of railway siding within the region, research the necessity and economy on railway siding construction, and give a reasonable construction timing.
