摘要
秸杆是我国一项潜力巨大的生物质资源,研究其价值并进行利用对于可持续发展意义重大。论文通过机械方法将棉花秸杆制备成沥青路面增强用秸秆纤维,并研究了其路用性能。研究结果发现,秸秆的浸泡程度及含水量对纤维的制备效果有重要影响。制备秸秆纤维时,预先将秸杆碾压,并适当提高浸泡温度,延长浸泡时间,均有利于纤维制备。但随着温度的升高及保温时间的延长,秸杆纤维的颜色变深,加热后碾压破碎率上升,其纤维沥青胶浆的延度降低。因此,纤维沥青混合料拌和与施工中,应适当缩短加热拌合及施工时间,以减少沥青与纤维的热氧老化及碳化。
Straw is one of the potential biomass resources in China. Research on the high value of its use has great significance of sustainable development. In this paper, cotton straws were prepared by mechanical methods as straw fiber reinforced asphalt pavement,and its pavement performance was studied. The results showed that the soaking degree and water content of straw had a significant effect on the fiber preparation. Rolling straw in advance, and appropriate to improve the immersion temperature, soaking time, are conducive to fiber preparation. However, as the temperature increases and the holding time prolongs, the color of the straw fiber becomes dark and the crushing ratio increases after heating, and the ductility of the fiber asphalt mortar decreases. Therefore, the fiber asphalt mixture mixing and construction, should be appropriately shortened heating and mixing and construction time, in order to reduce the asphalt and fiber thermal oxidation and carbonization.
