Working fluid of vacuum pump of oil clearing device was utilized by circulation cooling instead of discharged directly.Working fluid was cooled by additional tubular cooler to achieved the high quality water recycle, decreased the waste water discharging,reduced the plant operation cost and promote the beneficial efficiency in enterprises.
