浅谈电力配网工程项目的管理模式

随着我国社会主义小康社会建设的全面推进,人们对国民用电需求也越来越大。配电网工程作为电网企业发展的重要保障,其项目管理的有效性直接影响着电网企业配网工程的质量,进而影响着企业的经济效益和供电质量。在电力体制改革不断深化的背景下,电网企业面临的竞争压力越来越大,如何把握经济发展机遇,促进企业自身发展,是当前电网企业发展所面临的重要难题。论文对工程项目管理进行了分析,并对电力配网工程项目管理模式及改善措施进行了研究,以供参考。
