This paper expounds the importance of schedule management in electric power construction project owner, combined with the actual construction of electric power project, discusses how to scientifically carry out the power grid construction schedule plan,develop the schedule management of the whole process, to take effective measures, realizing the construction can start according to rules, drive orderly, complete and put into operation on schedule from owner's point of view.
