下穿立交通常设于交通频繁的主要干道上,其纵坡大,最低点往往成为盆地,使得雨水很快汇集,造成严重积水,而设计人员往往也是根据经验控制雨水口的间距,未能与实际紧密结合,导致下穿立交雨水不能得到及时的排除。
