渗流稳定分析在黄河下游堤防质量评价中的应用

摘要 黄河下游堤防的质量严重制约了防洪效益的发挥,论文采用有限单元分析法求解拉普拉斯方程,对黄河下游进行渗流稳定计算,并结合黄河下游堤防历史资料,推求出历史出险时的堤防渗透破坏比降,对黄河下游14个典型断面进行了渗流稳定分析,计算结果显示仅有1个断面是安全的,建议尽快完成黄河下游堤防加固工程。 The lower reaches of the Yellow River embankment quality had important influence in flood control. The seepage stability calculation was finished by using finite element analysis method in solving Laplace equation. Combined with the lower reaches dyke historical data of the Yellow River, the slope gradient ratio of history dyke seepage failure occurring was calculated. The 14 seepage stability analysis typical dyke cross section in the lower reaches of the Yellow River were finished, results show that only one section was safe. So the lower reaches of the Yellow River dyke reinforcement engineering was necessary.
