摘要
结合马泽拉斯特大桥主桥(40+64+40)m预应力混凝土连续梁的悬臂浇筑施工,简要阐述了悬臂浇筑的工艺及施工过程中0#块的施工、挂篮、预应力张拉、合龙段施工、线形调整等关键控制点所采取的措施。论文阐述的控制要点及相应措施确保了悬臂施工的进度和质量,并保证最终成桥后的线形和内力都符合设计要求,为悬臂施工在同类工程中的实施、推广提供有益的借鉴。
Based on the construction of the main span of the Mazeras super major bridge with(40+64+40)m, the process of the cantilevered casting and the measurements, which includes the key controlling content of the construction of 0#block, the movable suspended scaffolding, the pretressing, the construction of closure segment and linear adjustment in cantilevered process are briefly presented in this paper. The key controlling points and the measures mentioned above ensure the construction progress and quality of the cantilever construction, as well as the final alignment and internal force of the bridge all meet the design requirements,which provide some useful reference for the implementation and promotion of such cantilever casting construction in similar projects
