预应力钢筒混凝土管在大型输水工程中的难点处理

Difficulties in Large Water Conveyance Project of Prestressed Steel Cylinder Concrete Pipe

近年来,预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)的技术愈发成熟,经常在一些大型输水、调水工程中得到应用。论文中介绍的大口径输水管道是在城市的中心区域铺设的,需要解决穿越道路、铁路和河流等难点问题,还需要解决PCCP与钢管之间的转换问题,论文以该工程为例,对PCCP的设计、施工情况进行简要介绍。

In recent years, prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipe(PCCP) technology becoming mature, often been used in some large water conveyance and water transfer project. The large diameter water transmission pipeline is laid down in the central area of the city, not only need to solve the crossing road, railway,river and the other difficult problems, but also need to solve the conversion problem between PCCP and the steel pipe. This paper taking the project as an example, briefly introduces the design and construction of the PCCP.
