摘要
通过现场多次焊接试验以及焊接工艺实践,对奥氏体不锈钢是否可采用碳弧气刨进行焊缝清理进行探讨,采用不同方法及多种保护措施,总结奥氏体不锈钢材料焊接应用碳弧气刨是可行的,并对使用过程中可能遇到的问题提出了解决方案。
Through on-site welding test and welding process practice for many times,for discussion of stainless steel weld cleaning can be used to carbon air gouging,using different methods and a variety of protective measures,summarizes the austenitic stainless steel welding application of carbon air gouging is feasible,and the possible problems in the process of using solutions are put forward.
