在大型火力发电厂安装工程中,锅炉汽包尺寸大,质量重,属于技术难度高的作业,它的吊装工作成功与否直接关系到整台机组的安装。为此,以某电厂二期300MW机组锅炉汽包吊装为例,阐述了采用卷扬机带滑轮组吊装锅炉汽包的方法。实践证明,该方法经济、方便、安全可靠。

During the project installation of large-scale thermal power plants,the installation of boiler drum with large size and heavy weight belongs to the technical difficulties; and the installation result whether success or not is directly related to the installation of whole units.Therefore,this paper expounds the hoisting method of boiler drum by winding engine with pulley block based on the hoisting of a 300 MW unit boiler drum on the second phase of a power plant.Practice has proved that this method is economic,convenient,safe and reliable.
