摘要
BIM全称"建筑信息模型",是1种结合计算机仿真、虚拟现实、计算机辅助设计等技术,通过对实际施工进行三维建模,分析三维模型对工程的具体施工进行事前控制以及动态管理,进而优化设计方案、材料统计、成本控制分析、进度管控等。论文介绍了BIM技术(多款软件的结合)在项目施工阶段中的管控作用,阐述了BIM技术在项目施工前期准备、进度控制、材料管理和质量监督这4个阶段中的应用。BIM技术通过不同的软件将各专业模型搭建融合,制定施工方案,调整现场格局,安排施工计划和工期,提取施工材料,合理安排工厂式预加工件,各专业穿插作业和融合,检查施工节点质量,为项目顺利竣工提供可靠的依据。
BIM full name 'building information model',is a combination of computer simulation,virtual reality,computer aided design technology,based on the actual construction of 3D modeling,3D model analysis beforehand control of the construction of concrete construction and dynamic management.An optimized design scheme,material statistics,analysis of cost control,progress control,etc.BIM technology were introduced in this paper the combination of(software) in the project construction phase control function,elaborated how BIM technology in the project construction preparation,progress control,material management and quality supervision and the application of four stages.BIM technology by different software to incorporate the professional model building,making construction plan,adjust the pattern,construction plan and the construction period,extraction of construction materials,reasonable arrangement of factory pre processing parts,various professional with homework and fusion,check node construction quality and provide reliable basis for project completed smoothly.
