摘要
作为施工单位的项目负责人,近年来先后承建了沈阳华晨宝马汽车有限公司一期工程冲压车间和车身车间、二期工程物流东车间、威海文登热电厂湿式除尘脱硫工程以及福建莆田百威英博雪津啤酒有限公司酿造主车间和冷冻站等项目工程,通过全过程的管控工作实践,深知"百年大计、质量第一"的重要性。论文就笔者多年的相关项目工作经验,对建筑工程施工技术及现场施工管理进行分析。
As a project leader of a construction company,in recent years,we have built the first phase press shop,car body shop and the second phase logistics east shop of the Shenyang Brilliance BMW Automobile Co., LTD, Weihai Wendeng Thermal Power Plant wet dust removal desulfurization project, main brewing workshop and freezing station projects of Fujian Putian ABInbev Beer Brewing Co.Ltd., etc. Through the whole process of control working practice, we understand the importance of"One hundred plan, Quality first". In this paper, the author analyzes the construction technology and site construction management of the construction project based on his experience.
