摘要
介绍了在印尼T.J.Awar-Awar2×350MW电厂项目的锅炉受热面安装过程中,因末级过热器蛇形管组件吊装工作量大,周期长,空中交叉作业多,作业面比较狭窄,无法采用常规的起重设备进行吊装就位,通过对现场空间的实际状况,待吊组件的分析论证,选用了该架空索道吊装技术,该方法很好地解决了末级过热器蛇形管组件吊装的难题,保证了工程的顺利进行,并总结出了运用单轮滑车作为运载工具在固定不动的索道钢丝绳上往返滚动,用麻绳进行牵引控制的吊装运输技术,是对传统吊装技术的改进,同时扩展了架空索道吊装技术的运用邻域。
This paper introduces the situation of the boiler heating surface installation of the T.J.A war-Awar2 x350 MW power plant project in Indonesia. Because of the heavy load, long cycle, many cross-air operations and narrow operation surface, it is not possible to use the conventional lifting equipment to be in position. Through the analysis and demonstration of the actual condition of the site space,used the technology of overhead ropeway hoisting. This method can solve the difficult problem of the lifting of the snake-shaped pipe assembly of the finishing super heater, and ensure the smooth progress of the project. It also summarizes that the lifting and transportation technology of rolling on the fixed cable wire rope with a single wheel as a carrier and traction control with hemp rope is an improvement on the traditional lifting technology and extends the application neighborhood of the overhead ropeway hoisting technology.
