摘要
阐述了在混凝土内设置电阻丝,通过控制电阻丝与电路接通后的电压,使导线发出需要的热量加热混凝土的施工工艺。此工艺操作简单,适用范围广;与外部加热相比,避免了传导和辐射的热损失,升温速度快、热效率高、养护温度容易控制、对环境污染小。
In this paper, the construction technology of heating concrete by setting resistance wire in concrete and controlling the voltage between wire and circuit is described. Compared with external heating, this process has the advantages of simple operation,wide application range, high heating speed, high thermal efficiency, easy control of curing temperature and less pollution to the environment.
