Analysis of the Cost Control and Management of International Engineering Projects

国际工程项目投资及施工是我国企业走向世界的重要标志,也是我国经济发展的重要成果。随着"一带一路"战略的持续推进,国际工程项目建设呈现出蓬勃发展的趋势,各个资质等级的建筑企业借助既有的、行之有效的国际战略合作平台,积极投身于国际项目建设中。如何在众多国际化的企业中脱颖而出、树立品牌、获得最大的经济效益?项目成本控制与管理显得尤为关键。因此,在国际工程项目的过程中,必须根据其特殊性、复杂性及风险性进行成本分析、控制与管理。论文根据中东项目施工经验,就国际工程项目管理中的成本问题进行了分析,并探讨了一些有效的控制措施,以期为我国建设企业的国际工程项目成本管理水平的提高提供相应的参考。

The investment and construction of international engineering projects is an important symbol of China's enterprises going global, and also an important achievement of China's economic development. With the continuous advancement of the "Belt and Road"initiative, international construction projects have shown a trend of vigorous development. Construction enterprises of various qualification levels have actively participated in international project construction with the help of existing, effective and international strategic cooperation platforms. How to stand out in many international companies, establish a brand, and obtain the greatest economic benefits? Project cost control and management are particularly critical. Therefore, in the process of international engineering projects,cost analysis, control and management must be carried out according to their particularity, complexity and risk. Based on the Middle East project construction experience, this article analyzes the cost of international engineering project management and discusses some effective control measures in order to provide a reference for the cost of construction projects in China.
