Discussion on the Management of Machinery Equipment in Construction Enterprises

机械设备管理在施工企业中具有重要作用,但目前很多企业由于重视不够造成企业资源的浪费,机械设备管理存在诸多问题。论文从制度建设、人才队伍建设、项目现场管控等方面进行探讨,提出了提升企业机械设备管理的改进措施。

Machinery equipment management plays an important role in construction enterprises, but many enterprises do not pay enough attention at present. There are many problems in machinery equipment management to cause the waste of enterprise resources.This paper will discusses the system construction, the construction of talent team and the control of the project site to give the measures for the improvement of the machinery equipment management.
