Application of Beam Free Floor Structure in Practical Engineering

无梁楼盖结构是地下停车库顶板常见的结构形式,目前应用越来越广泛。无梁楼盖具有结构体系简单、传力途径短捷、增加室内净高、节约模板等优点,试验表明,在动荷载作用下其延性性能良好,安全储备大,近年来在人防工程中使用也比较多。下面举例的地下车库项目采用了带斜柱帽的无梁楼盖结构形式,取得良好效果。1区地下停车库处于非人防区,2区地下停车库处于核6级人防区,二者均为单层地下停车库,柱网绝大部分为8.4m,非常均匀,顶板覆土均为2.2m。本工程结构计算采用两种计算软件,第一种为理正系列软件中的无梁楼盖等代框架模块近似分析弯矩,由于本工程柱网规则,此分析方法比较符合实际;第二种为PKPM软件中的SLABCAD复杂楼板有限元分析模块。最终的施工图设计采用两者分析结果综合考虑。本工程楼板的冲切计算采用理正软件板冲切承载力计算模块。论文主要讲述此工程中地下停车库顶板的荷载取值,等代框架分析方法中人防与非人防的差异,以及等代框架分析方法与有限元分析方法的合理取值问题。

The beam less floors tructure is a commonstructural form of the underground parking garage roof.Now it has been applied more and more widely. The non beam building covers have the advantages of simple structure system, short way of transferring force,increasing the net height in the room and saving the template. The test shows that under the action of dynamic load it has good ductility and large safety reserve. In recent years, there are many use in civil air defense projects. The example of the underground garage project below is a flat beam floor with oblique column cap, which achieves good results. The 1 area underground parking garage is in the non civil air defense area, the 2 area underground parking garage is in the nuclear 6 air defense area, the two are all single layer underground parking garage, the column net most is 8.4 m, very uniform, the roof is 2.2 m. Two kinds of software are used to calculate the structure of the project. The first is the approximate analysis of the bending moment of the frame module such as the non beam floor of the logical series software. The analysis method is more practical because of the engineering column network rules. The second kind is the finite element analysis module of the SLABCAD complex floor in the PKPM software. The final construction drawing design is based on the two analysis results. The floor of the engineering calculation of punching using Lizheng software punching shear bearing capacity calculation module. This paper mainly narrates the load value of the roof of the underground garage in this project, the difference between the civil air defense and the non civil defence in the analysis method of the equal generation frame, and the problem of the reasonable value of the analysis method of the equal generation frame and the finite element method.
