摘要 针对格义公司自主研发的农林废弃物资源化高效综合利用"三级分离"核心技术与装备,从半纤维素/纤维素车间生产中自控仪表科学安装及调试的重要性出发,着重探讨了汽爆系统中包含几种类型的仪表相关调试及安装操作的科学规范策略,对提升农林废弃物综合利用生产效率、规范仪表施工技术有重要的应用价值。 This article is especially aimed at the importance of scientifically installing and debugging the self-controlled instrument in the production of hemicellulose/cellulose plant, especially for the independent research and development of the agricultural and forestry wastes of Geyi Company. Investigate the scientific and normative strategy of the steam explosion system that includes several types of instrument-related commissioning and installation operations, which has important application value for improving the production efficiency of comprehensive utilization of agricultural and forestry waste and standardizing instrument construction technology.
