区域产业结构调整与土地集约利用研究

Study on the Adjustment of Regional Industrial Structure and Intensive Utilization of Land

传统的粗放式土地资源利用模式不仅无法提高区域经济发展水平,还会导致过多的土地资源浪费,给国民经济水平的提升造成严重困扰。而对于区域经济发展,由于产业的不同,需要的土地资源也不尽相同,为了确保土地资源的高效利用,需要将传统的粗放式利用模式朝着集约化方向转变,这就需要对区域产业结构进行调整。论文对区域产业结构调整与土地集约利用的关系进行分析,并提出了基于土地集约利用的区域产业结构调整对策,以供参考。

The traditional extensive mode of land resources utilization can not only fail to improve the level of regional economic development,but also lead to excessive waste of land resources,causing serious problems to the improvement of national economic level.For regional economic development,due to the different industries,the land resources required are also different.In order to ensure the efficient use of land resources,the traditional extensive mode of use needs to be transformed into an intensive one,which requires the adjustment of regional industrial structure.This paper analyzes the relationship between regional industrial structure adjustment and land intensive utilization,and puts forward the countermeasures of regional industrial structure adjustment based on land intensive utilization for reference.
