渔业资源损失补偿对核电厂选址的影响分析

摘要 核电厂在运行过程中,由于取水口的卷载效应和排水口的温排水共同影响,会致使核电厂取排水口周围水域的渔业资源数量减少。渔业资源数量的减少会造成一定的经济损失,为此,核电厂建设单位必须支付相应的补偿费用。论文深入分析核电厂运行对周围海域渔业资源经济补偿的影响因素,从有效降低经济成本的角度,为核电厂选址工作提出几点建议。 In operation process of the nuclear power plants(NPPs),the fishing resources in the waters around the intake and outlet of nuclear power plants will be reduced due to the couple effects of the entrainment effect at water intake system and the warm water discharge at the drainage system.The loss of fishery resources could cause a certain amount of economic loss.Thus,the owner of NPPs must pay correspondingly reimbursement for fishery resources loss expenses.This paper analyzes the influence factors of the operation of NPPs on the economic compensation of fishery resources in the surrounding waters,and puts forward some suggestions for the site selection of NPPs from the perspective of effectively reducing economic costs.
