建筑工程招投标风险与控制研究

Research on the Risk and Control of Construction Project Bidding

招投标是建筑工程施工的重要因素,会对建筑工程施工质量与施工成本产生一定影响,作用较为突出。但在实际进行招投标时,却存在着一些风险隐患,需要进行控制。论文将以某建筑工程项目投招标为例,通过对建筑工程招投标要求的分析,对此过程中所存在的风险与风险控制措施展开深度解读,旨在提升建筑工程招投标风险控制水平,保证建筑工程项目整体质量。

Bidding is an important factor of construction project,which will have a certain influence on construction quality and construction cost.But in the actual bidding,there are some hidden dangers,need to be controlled.This paper will take a construction project as an example,through the analysis of bidding requirements for construction projects,the risk and risk control measures in this process are expanded a deep interpretation,in order to improve the level of risk control of construction project bidding to ensure the overall quality of construction projects.
