This paper introduces the organization structure of technical decision making system of chief designer system of a large nuclear energy project,and the working mechanism of technical decision making.The process from start to end of technical decision is described in detail,and the control elements and conditions of technical decision form of a large nuclear energy project chief designer system are explained.Finally,the technical decision system of the project chief designer system is summarized.
