土工格栅和二灰沙挤密桩结合基础应用施工实例

The Construction Example of Applying the Foundation of Geogrids Combined with Two Ash Sand Compaction Piles

由于二灰沙挤密桩中的主材"生石灰"吸水膨胀,结合土工格栅能适应地基变形,且砾石能与格栅网孔互相锁合在一起,形成稳固的平面,防止砾石下陷,增加地基的抗剪强度,从而防止软弱地基产生过大或不均匀沉降以致侧向变形,使上面的负荷得到扩散,提高地基的承载力,可用于工程的软弱地基处理。论文通过对某工程的基础施工过程的介绍与分析,阐述了软基处理的步骤,并对工程采用二灰沙挤密桩和土工格栅2种不同的基础软基处理措施合并施工的方法提出看法和建议。

Because the main material'quick lime'in the compacted pile with two ash sands expands after absorbing water,combined with the geogrid,it can adapt to the foundation deformation.Gravel and grille mesh can be locked together to form a solid plane,prevent gravel subsidence,increase the shear strength of the foundation,so as to prevent the soft foundation produced too large or uneven settlement resulting in lateral deformation,so that spread the load above,improve the bearing capacity of the foundation.It is used in soft foundation treatment of engineering.Based on the introduction and analysis of the foundation construction process of a certain project,this paper expounds the steps of soft foundation treatment,and puts forward opinions and suggestions on the combined construction of two different soft foundation treatment measures of the project,namely,the compacted pile with lime-sand and the geogrile.
