The Z-type propulsion device constitutes the propulsion system of the ship,and the output axis of the diesel engine and the input axis of the propeller are arranged in Z mode.The rudder and oar functions are combined,flexible in handling and widely used.Its structural characteristics and transmission principle are different from those of the traditional rudder propeller.This paper focuses on how to maintain the Z-type propulsion device.
