随着社会经济的快速发展,建筑工程规模在不断扩大,因此,必须重视工程管理,发挥监理的作用,营造稳定有序的环境,保证施工技术的先进性,从而取得更好的效果。论文介绍了监理制度的趋势,提出了促进工程监理和施工技术管理结合发展的措施,以期在不断完善建筑施工管理的过程中促进建筑业的可持续发展。

With the rapid development of social economy,the scale of construction projects is constantly expanding.Therefore,it is necessary to attach importance to project management,give full play to the role of supervision,create a stable and orderly environment,and ensure the advancement of construction technology,so as to achieve better results.This paper introduces the trend of the supervision system,and puts forward the measures to promote the development of the combination of engineering supervision and construction technology management,so as to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry in the process of constantly improving the construction management.
