油气田地面工程造价管理模式革新发展研究

Research on the Innovation and Development of Cost Management Model of Oil and Gas Field Surface Engineering

石油企业工作中,油气田地面工程关系到油田的实际产量的稳定。油气田地面工程建设中,由于投资方和承包方自身利益因素的影响,施工质量及成本消耗具有不稳定性,因此,必须对油气田地面工程实施科学有效的管理,降低工程中不必要的成本消耗,提高石油企业整体经济效益。论文介绍了目前油气田地面工程的造价管理模式,总结了其中存在的不足,并针对这些不足提出了改进措施,以供参考。

In the work of petroleum enterprises,the surface engineering of oil and gas fields is related to the stability of the actual production of oil fields.In the construction of oil and gas field surface engineering,the construction quality and cost consumption are unstable under the influence of investors and contractors’own benefit factors.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out scientific and effective management for oil and gas field surface engineering,educe the unnecessary cost consumption in the project,improve the overall economic benefit of the petroleum enterprise.This paper introduces the current cost management model of oil and gas field surface engineering,summarizes the deficiencies,and puts forward improvement measures for reference.
