With the continuous progress and development of society,the construction industry is also developing rapidly.As far as engineering projects are concerned,the EPC model is a widely used model.In order to achieve more benefits in the EPC model,various effective measures in terms of cost and management are needed.This paper outlines the EPC model and explores effective measures for cost control and management.
