摘要
以轨道导引小车系统为研究对象。针对其在某实际项目运行工况下的效率问题,运用排队论建立了RGV运输模型及仿真实例,并提出了一种实用的任务分配算法。通过物流仿真软件Plant Simulation验证了模型的有效性,为RGV穿梭小车系统的实际应用提供了可靠的根据。
The research object is the track guidance trolley system.In view of its efficiency under a certain practical project operation condition,a RGV transport model and a simulation example are established by using queuing theory,and a practical task assignment algorithm is proposed.The simulation software Plant Simulation verifies the effectiveness of the model and provides a reliable basis for the practical application of RGV shuttle car system.
