共享经济视角下的城市医疗空间更新思考和启发——以东北国际健康城概念规划为例

Thinking and Enlightenment on the Renewal of Urban Medical Space from the Perspective of Shared Economy——A Case Study of Northeast International Health City Conceptual Planning

通过分析共享经济、空间更新与对应的提升方法关系,以中国医科大学老校区为研究对象,结合医疗空间的布局寻找发展趋势,提出利用文化反哺空间更新、功能更新单维度资源集聚打造区域医疗中心、空间更新全维度功能发散打造环大学健康产业圈的三大策略。进而推演出'东北国际健康城'这一规划概念,以提高土地利用混合度,鼓励多功能业态的复合发展,促进空间资源高效共享,来促进城市健康空间有机更新。

By analyzing the relationship between sharing economy,spatial renewal and corresponding promotion methods,taking the old campus of China Medical University as the research object,combined with the layout of medical space to find the development trend,this paper puts forward three strategies:using culture to feed back space renewal,functional renewal single-dimensional resource agglomeration to build regional medical center,spatial renewal and full-dimensional functional divergence to build health industry circle around the university.Furthermore,the planning concept of'Northeast International Health City'is deduced,which improves the mixing degree of land use,encourages the compound development of multifunctional business forms,and promotes the efficient sharing of space resources,so as to promote the organic renewal of urban healthy space.
