小型农田水利工程运行管理存在的问题及对策

Problems in the Operation and Management of Small Irrigation and Water Conservancy Projects and the Countermeasures

小型农田水利工程是推动我国农村经济蓬勃发展的重要助力之一,对促进我国农业经济发展和提高农业生产质量有至关重要的作用。但是,由于各地区地形地貌情况比较复杂,经济发展不均衡,专业设备短缺,人才资源匮乏等因素的影响,使我国在后期的农田水利工程的管理、运行、维护方面存在着大量的隐患。论文对小型农田水利工程存在的一些问题进行了分析研究,并提供了一系列可供解决的方案。

Small irrigation and water conservancy project is one of the important power to promote the vigorous development of China’s rural economy,and it plays a vital role in promoting the development of China’s agricultural economy and improving the quality of agricultural production.However,due to the complicated topography,uneven economic development,shortage of professional equipment,lack of human resources and other factors,there are a lot of hidden dangers in the management,operation and maintenance of irrigation and water conservancy projects in the later stage.This paper analyzes some problems existing in small scale irrigation and water conservancy projects and provides a series of solutions.
