对于装配式建筑,防水抗渗是必须要面临和解决的难题,不仅对材料的要求较高,而且对施工人员的技术要求也非常高,要对施工的各个环节进行严格的把关,才能确保装配式建筑防水抗渗效果达到国家规范要求。论文简要介绍了防水抗渗对装配式建筑的重要性,并对装配式建筑的防水设计进行分析。

For prefabricated buildings,waterproof and impermeable is a difficult problem that must be faced and solved.It not only has a high requirement for materials,but also has a very high technical requirement for construction personnel.Only by strictly checking all construction links,can it ensure that the waterproof and impermeable effect of prefabricated buildings can meet the national standard requirements.This paper briefly introduces the importance of waterproof and impermeable to prefabricated building,and analyzes the waterproof design of prefabricated building.
