摘要
牙克石兴安新城体育场屋盖为钢管桁架结构,主桁架为倒'7'字形,其空间标高、悬挑长度不一,主桁架规格多样,加工工艺复杂,拼装难度大。通过地面处理、卧拼胎架设计、拼装工艺优化,将主桁架一次拼装成型,单榀整体吊装,该拼装技术工效高,精度和质量易保障。
The roof of Xing’an Xincheng Stadium in Yakeshi is a steel pipe truss structure,the main truss is inverted'7'shape,its spatial elevation,overhanging length are different,the specifications of the main truss are diverse,the processing technology is complex,and the assembly is difficult.Through ground treatment,flat tire frame design and assembly process optimization,the main truss is assembled and molded at one time,and a single integral hoisting is made.The assembly technology has high efficiency,precision and easy quality guarantee.
