摘要 以桃浦绿地公园照明施工安装工程为例,运用挣值法对工程进度和成本进行预测及管控,及时发现项目成本偏差和趋势,采取相应的纠偏措施,以达到项目管理的目的。 Taking the lighting construction and installation project of Taopu Green Space Park as an example,this paper forecasts and controls the progress and cost of the project by using the earned value method,finds out the deviation and trend of the project cost in time,and takes corresponding corrective measures to achieve the purpose of project management.
