要在激烈的竞争中占据有利地位,建筑企业应加强对房屋工程项目管理的工作力度,不断提供更为优质的服务,从而更好地提高自己企业的发展地位。论文分析了我国房建管理过程中经常出现的问题,包括对施工材料的检测与监管不到位,管理制度体系建设不完善,房建管理工作人员的技术水平有待提高等,并提出相应的解决措施,以供参考。

In order to occupy an advantageous position in the fierce competition,construction enterprises should strengthen the management of housing projects and constantly provide better services,so as to better improve their development status.This paper analyzes the problems in the process of building management in China,including the construction materials testing and supervision is not in place,the construction of management system is not perfect,the technical level of housing management staff need to be improved,and puts forward the corresponding solutions,for reference.
