融资租赁促进销售,带动投资的好处越来越被厂商所认知。由于经营资质的准入门槛比较高,一些厂商不得不采用“以租代售”的方式销售自己的产品, 以此替代融资租赁。但由于运作不规范,法律不健全,经常出现这样那样的问题,因此这种“以租代售”的做法正在被逐步淘汰。对此,本期专栏沙泉先生撰文《厂商开展融资租赁业务的目的和动机》。
