摘要
根据行业发展及用户需要,轮式起重机智能仿真系统应运而生。文章介绍了该系统的总体目标及功能架构,并展示了PC版、力限器版、手机版三个版本的吊装模拟软件。并对该系统所应用的关键技术:基于非线性大变形计算的臂架系统变形显示技术,基于蚁群改进算法的路径规划技术和碰撞检测技术进行了介绍。最后并对该软件及相关技术未来发展方向进行了预测。
According to the development of industry and user needs,wheeled cranes intelligent simulation system came into being.This paper introduces the overall objectives and functional architecture of the system and shows the PC version,the force limiter version,mobile version of the three versions of the hoisting simulation software.And the key technologies applied:calculating deformation boom system based on nonlinear large deformation display technology,introduced improved ant colony algorithm based path planning and collision detection.The last and the future direction of the software and related technology were predicted.
