摘要
以底盘翻转机回转轴为研究对象,运用Ansys Workbench静力学结构和六西格玛设计功能,对回转轴进行可靠性分析。以实际工况为依据,选择回转轴几何尺寸和负载作为随机输入变量,仿真分析了各随机变量对回转轴可靠性的影响,得到回转轴最大等效应力累积分布函数和灵敏度图,以此为基础分析得到影响可靠性最大因素和安全因子。仿真结果为翻转机回转轴结构设计和优化提供依据。
This article focuses on the dive shaft.In order to analyze the reliability of this shaft,the STATIC STRUCTURALandSDC SIGMA ANALYSISofANASYS WORKBENCH and stochastic finite element is applied.The drive shaft of positioner used in assembly is selected in this thesis.The methods and procedures of drive shaft reliability analysis is proposed.The physical dimension of shatf and load is taked as radom input variables.The cumulative distribution function of the maximu equivalent stress and the sensitivity is obtained.Based on these.the effect of various parameters is reserached.The resluts show that the shatf could satisfied the requments of reliablity.This paper provides a new thought and method in reliability design.lt has definite value to engineering application.
