摘要
本文以汽车起重机高强钢伸臂盖板为研究对象,采用理论分析及试验验证相结合的方式对其成形工艺进行研究,阐述了影响其弯曲回弹及成形精度的关键因素,制定合理的步进弯曲成形工艺,并针对实际生产过程中存在的直线度差及挠度超差等现象,提出了相应的解决方案。
This paper to truck crane high strength steel cantilever plate as the object of study by theoretical analysis and experimental verification by combining the forming process were studied and elaborated the influence of the bending springback and forming precision of key factors,formulate a reasonable step bending technics,and according to the actual production process in the presence of straightness deviation and deflection ultra poor phenomenon,put forward the corresponding solutions.
