基于RAPID焊接的起重机结构熔透性应用探索

本文通过熔透性对比及伸臂结构单侧焊接全熔透验证等方面对RAPID焊接技术在起重机结构的应用进行了探索。由实验数据分析可知RAPID焊接可增加焊接熔深,在合理的焊接工艺参数下焊接,能实现特定板厚的坡口焊缝全熔透,且背面成型良好,无未熔合缺陷。

This paper by melting through contrast,overhanging structure for single side welding full penetration test on rapid welding technology in the application of crane structure are explored.Experimental data analysis shows that the RAPID welding can increase the welding penetration.Through in the rational welding parameters,welding,to achieve specific thickness of the groove weld full penetration,and forming the back of good,no lack of fusion defects.
