一种起重机液压系统调压装置

本文设计了一种用于控制起重机液压系统压力大小的调压系统,以比例溢流阀作为调压单元,通过改变控制器输出电信号的大小控制溢流阀的溢流压力,进而改变液压系统的压力值,解决了起重机多种作业工况下对液压系统压力实时调节的复杂问题。

This paperdesigns a kind of pressure regulating system to control the pressure of the crane hydraulic system,which chooses proportional overflow valve as pressure control unit,by changing the size of the controller output signal to control the overflow of the proportional overflow valve,and then change the hydraulic system pressure value.It solvesthe complex problem of adjusting the hydraulic system pressure in realtime in various conditions.
