轮式起重机回转支承装配专机研究与应用

本文介绍的是一种用于轮式起重机转台回转支承装配的专机。通过对起重机回转支承装配特点的分析,设计了回转支承装配专机。并对拧紧机、回转支承、转台的定位和调整方式进行介绍。通过对回转支承装配工艺的分析,设计了自动装配控制系统控制流程。回转支承装配专机的使用,可以大幅减轻工人的劳动强度,并提升装配质量。

This paper presents the customized equipment for the slewing bearing assembly on the turntable of wheel crane.The customized equipment for the slewing bearing assembly was designed based on the analysis of the characteristics of slewing bearing assembly on wheel crane.And localization and adjustments of the screw tightening machine,the slewing bearing and the turntable are introduced in this paper.According to the assembly process technology of the slewing bearing,the control process of the control system for automatic assembly was developed.Using of the customized equipment for the slewing bearing assembly could reduce the labor intensity and improve the assembly quality.
