摘要
本文对起重机结构件增加焊后自然时效工序,使用金属磁记忆方法动态监测结构件内部残余应力变化情况。发现随时效时间延长,结构件焊后残余应力先略有上升后逐步降低,受测结构件焊后最佳时效时间约为5~18小时,焊后残余应力降幅为30%~40%。
This paper added the nature aging process to the welded structural component in crane and monitored the changing of the welding residual stress dynamically using the Metal Magnetic Memory method.The results showed that the welding residual stress raised slightly and then dropped gradually along with the time,the best aging period for the tested structural component is5~18 hours after welding process,during which the welding residual stress could drop about30%~40%.
