摘要
该文通过分析量码成圈机的性能要求和普通型量码机的不足及成因 ,设计出一种用变频器控制的电线量码成圈机。它能够准确快速地完成量码成圈工作。
The performance requirement of the length counting coiling machine is identified. The disadvantages of the common types of machines and factors responsible for them are analysed. As a result, a new type of length counting coiling machine controlled by frequency converter was developed which featured fast and accurate operation.
