摘要
通过10根桩的原型试验,对不同植入工法条件下预应力混凝土空心竹节桩单桩竖向抗压极限承载力进行了对比分析。不同植入工法对单桩竖向抗压极限承载力有较大影响。与同桩长、同直径的预应力管桩相比,适宜工法植入的竹节桩可提高单桩竖向抗压极限承载力。高压旋喷法较锤击法、锤击灌砂法和潜水钻法在施工工艺上更适宜,单桩竖向抗压极限承载力提高幅度达35%,性价比最高。
Based on 10 prototype tests,the ultimate bearing capacities of nodular piles with different implanting methods are compared. The implanting methods have great influence on the loading capacities of nodular piles. The piles implanted with proper method have higher bearing capacities compared with the common PHC piles with the same diameter and length. Compared with the hammering method,the hammer sand filling method and the drilling rig method,the high pressure jet grouting method is more suitable,it yield the 35% increase in bearing capacity,and has the highest cost performance.
