摘要
碎石环梁地基用于加固超大储罐仍处于试验阶段,其加固效果及承载变形规律尚不明确。本文从多层地基土承载简化模型展开分析,首先研究了强夯地层加设碎石环梁后地基土的沉降特征及剪应力分布情况,继而以阿布扎比原油管线终端罐区建造项目为依托,结合实际地层资料,综合分析了在非均匀层状地基土中加设环梁沿环梁周长方向(环向)和沿罐体半径方向(径向)的最大沉降值与不均匀沉降值,得到了环向、径向沉降分布规律,指出包括控制罐体中心下覆地层沉降在内,环梁处地层沉降控制成为制约整个工程建造安全性的最主要因素,研究成果对类似工程项目具有借鉴意义。
Gravel ring beam used as huge storage tank ground is still in the experimental stage.The improvement effect and bearing deformation law are not clear.Based on the simplified bearing model of multilayer ground soil,the settlement characteristics and the shear stress distribution of tanks foundation with gravel ring beam are analyzed.The maximum settlements and the uneven settlements as well as their change roles of the foundation both along the ring and at the radial directions are studied on the basis of actual stratum information of Abu Dhabi oil tank construction project.The settlement of the soil under the ring beam is key factor for the storage tank construction,which should be paid close attention in the ground treatment process.The research results would be significant to the similar projects.
