基于惯导原理的地下管道三维测量系统设计及实验

摘要 地下管线属于隐蔽工程,城市工程施工过程中,往往因为对管线探测精度的不准而造成事故频发,而对于小管径、大埋深、非金属等非开挖管线探测仍是难题中的难题,也是事故爆发的高频点。传统的物探方法如管线仪、探地雷达等技术方法对该类管线探测显得无能无力,无法精确得到已有非开挖管线的空间位置。本文针对非开挖管线探测现有技术难题,提出以惯导为原理的探测技术,从惯导新技术原理入手,对地下管道三维测量系统进行设计及功能实现,通过实验及工程实例表明,基于惯导原理的地下管道三维测量系统设计合理,设备探测成果精度高,方法可靠。该系统可适用于超埋深、小管径、任何材质的非开挖管道探测中,且其探测精度高,为城市疑难管线探测提供了较好的参考依据。 Because underground pipelines belong to hidden projects, accidents often occur in the construction process of urban projects because the accuracy of pipeline detection is not enough,and for small pipe diameter,large buried depth,non-metal,non-excavated pipeline detection is even more difficult and also the high-frequency places of accident outbreak. Traditional geophysical methods such as the pipeline instrument,ground penetrating radar,etc. are useless to detect this kind of pipeline,and cannot accurately get the spatial position of the existing trenchless pipeline. This paper aims at the existing technical problems of non-excavated pipeline detection. It puts forward a new detection system based on the inertial navigation principle, designs the three-dimensional measurement system of underground pipelines and realizes its functions. The experiments and engineering examples show that the 3 D measurement system of underground pipelines is reasonable in design,high in precision of detection and reliable in method,and the system can be used for overburying depth and small diameter pipelines. It can be used in the non-excavated pipeline detection of any material,and its detection accuracy is high,provides a good reference for the city underground pipeline detection.
